Fuel System

Our Fuel Line Kits are designed to eliminated the time required to figure out the plumbing of the VK-30's fuel system. Our kits provide all necessary hardware and fittings. We also provide CNC machined aircraft-grade aluminum parts which have been anodized to MIL-A-8625-Type 2 specifications. The fuel system is broken down into three kits: Part"A", Part"B" and Part"C".

Part "A" Fuel Line Kit

Part "A" 's Fuel Kit is based around a custom built Andair fuel selector which is not included with our kit. Features include pre-bent, assembled aluminum fuel lines and a CNC machined manifold box which holds the bulkhead fittings necessary for the fuel lines to pass through the fuselage longerons.

Part "B" Fuel Line Kit

Part "B" 's Fuel Kit features pre-bent, assembled aluminum fuel lines that attach from Part "A" 's manifold box to Andair's Check Valves which are mounted on our CNC machined aluminum bridges. The Check Valves are not included with our kit. All other hardware and fittings have been provided.

Part "C" Fuel Line Kit

Part "C" 's Fuel Line Kit features preassembled Aeroquip 303 hoses which connect from the Andair Check Valves to the wing sumps. We provide all required fittings for the wing sumps. Not included with the kit is the Andair Gascolator and Dukes Fuel Pump.
